Different products.
Different board decisions.

Start with mechanical, thermal and electrical requirements. We review the manufacturing route against the actual design.

01 / Rigid

A stable platform for electronics.

Single-sided, double-sided and multilayer designs. Align laminate, copper and tolerances with the application.

02 / Flexible

Connections that follow the product.

Define bend areas, thickness, stiffeners and installation conditions before the fabrication route is agreed.

03 / Rigid-flex

Bring rigid and flexible areas together.

Coordinate stack-up transitions, mechanical drawings and assembly requirements from the start.

Material & finish options

Metal bases: aluminum, copper and steel. Composite CEM series; epoxy glass FR series; high-frequency, high-temperature, ceramic and polyimide families.

OSP, HASL, lead-free HASL, ENIG, ENEPIG, immersion silver, immersion tin, hard gold and soft gold. Confirm the finish and compliance documentation required for your project.

Beyond bare-board fabrication

PCB assembly can include SMT, BGA, through-hole and mixed technology; SON/QFN and other dense packages; DTP/QTP packaging, paste-in-hole and plasma cleaning where applicable.

Discuss lead-free or leaded process needs, indium, clean/no-clean chemistries, conformal coating and pin bonding with engineering.

Inspection & support

Scope may include AOI, ICT, flying probe, AXI, functional test, boundary scan, burn-in, solderability and ionic cleanliness testing. Assembly testing is defined separately from bare-board release.

Free DFM review, quotation response, panelization, one-to-one project contact, schedule management, surface finish, cost and laminate consultation.

A controlled route to delivery

What happens after
you send the files?

Engineering, manufacturing and release decisions stay connected. The exact process depends on the board structure and agreed requirements.

01Review

Resolve the open questions.

Review files, stack-up, materials, panelization, tolerances and manufacturing assumptions.

Output: agreed manufacturing scope
02Prepare

Set the production route.

Confirm laminate, copper, drilling, imaging and plating needs against the released design.

Output: approved fabrication inputs
03Manufacture

Build through the defined sequence.

Connect patterning, lamination, drilling, plating, solder mask, finish and profiling as applicable.

Output: boards ready for inspection
04Verify

Release against the plan.

Confirm agreed inspection, electrical test, documentation, packaging and delivery requirements.

Output: reviewed shipment release

What is the difference between single-layer and multilayer PCBs?

A single-layer board has one conductive layer. Multilayer boards combine multiple conductive layers separated by insulating material. The structure is chosen around routing, signal, power and mechanical requirements.

Do you manufacture multilayer PCBs? How many layers?

Multilayer manufacturing is included in the service. Send your required layer count and stack-up so engineering can confirm feasibility. We confirm the project-specific limit rather than applying one maximum to every material and via structure.

How long will my multilayer PCB take?

Timing depends on the released files, material availability, stack-up, via structure, finish, quantity and inspection requirements. Tell us your required delivery date; the quotation should state the confirmed schedule assumptions.

Which files should I send?

Send Gerber and drill files, a fabrication drawing, stack-up and board quantity. Include material, finish, copper, impedance and acceptance requirements. Native PCB/CAM files can be discussed during review. Add a BOM and assembly files if assembly is also required.

See the required-files guide →
Can you advise on materials, finish and cost?

Yes—include the application and the requirements behind your specification. Laminate, finish, panelization and cost consultation can be included in the engineering conversation. Changes and alternatives should be agreed before production.
